Artist Veny West, in collaboration with producer Williemgc, announces the release of “450 OPPS” set for this Saturday, January 10. A Pop/Trap single that fuses an ancient narrative with the digital age’s mental health crisis.
About the Creative Process: The lyrics of “450 OPPS” stem from a bold reinterpretation of the story of the prophet Elijah (1 Kings 19). During the songwriting process, Veny West sought to translate this millennial battle against 450 ‘enemies’ into a contemporary language: today’s “opps” are no longer ancient soldiers, but the saturation of notifications, the anxiety for the “hype,” and the ceaseless noise of social media.
Under the production of Williemgc, who designed a sonic atmosphere that travels from distorted chaos to minimalist calm, the track musically conveys what the lyrics shout: peace is not found in the viral uproar, but in disconnection and silence.
“450 OPPS” will be available on all digital platforms on January 10, 2026.
